24-hour Roadside Assistance combines a team of qualified customer service professionals with a comprehensive nationwide towing network to bring you world-class assistance when you need it most - an important added benefit of owning a vehicle backed by Honda’s extensive dealer network and commitment to your ownership experience. Remember to renew your coverage before it expires. Please contact your Honda dealer for further details regarding extending your roadside coverage.

Term Covered

For a period of three (3) years, commencing from the date the vehicle was first registered, Honda Plus Roadside Assistance will automatically provide you roadside coverage to minimize inconvenience resulting from unforeseen mechanical breakdowns, lockouts, and accidents.

What is covered?

Battery boosting, delivery of gas to your stranded vehicle and changing of flat tires.
In the event your keys are lost, broken, or locked in your car, contact us for immediate assistance. All you'll pay for is the cost of replacement keys.
If your vehicle becomes stuck in snow, mud or a ditch, call us and we'll arrange winching services. We'll cover up to $200 per incident. Any winching services required are considered a recovery service. Servicing facilities will take every step possible to avoid incurring additional damage to the vehicle. However, if damage is identified after the recovery has been performed, the facility will not be held liable or accountable. Any such claim should be reported through your vehicle insurance provider.
We’ll tow your vehicle from the breakdown site to your preferred Honda dealership within 100 km, or to the nearest Honda dealership within 500 km. Should your vehicle break down within 100 km of home, you’ll receive up to $200 towards emergency transportation to help you on your way.
If your vehicle breaks down more than 100 km from home, Honda Plus will provide up to $500 towards accommodation, meals and car rental.
In the case of accidents, we’ll tow your vehicle to your preferred Honda dealership within 100 km or to the nearest dealership. For accidents more than 100 km from home, we’ll also take care of car rental, accommodation, meals and return of passengers to their home in the event of hospitalization, up to $600. These benefits, including towing, apply when no other insurance is provided
In the event of an emergency, Honda Plus will make every effort to inform your family, friends or business associates. This service is available 24 hours a day in Canada or the USA.
You’ll have access to Honda quality and original parts anywhere in Canada or the USA through Honda Plus. Just ask and we’ll give you the exact location and phone number of the nearest authorized Honda dealership.
Planning a trip? Call us 14 days before you leave and we'll send you a touring information package that includes a custom computerized trip routing map, road, city and vacation area maps, details of places of interest en route and more.
If a repair will take more than 5 hours, or if we don’t have the necessary parts on hand, Honda Plus will give you $45 per day towards a car rental for up to five days. This benefit cannot be claimed in conjunction with Trip Interruption Benefit.
