best car buying experience

I just purchased a brand new 2022 Civic from Listowel Honda. This was the best car buying experience in over 20 years I’ve had. Our sales associate Ken, was kind, courteous and professional, patiently answering the questions we had and providing options to fit our needs. This was as “no-pressure-approach” a car buying experience as it gets, and the staff at the dealership were all pleasant and customer focused. Once we agreed on our civic, we worked with the finance manager Haley, who’s knowledge and experience runs deep. She took the time to present options, answer questions, and also was a ‘no-pressure’ representative, focused on solutions that met our needs. While in the building, I met several employees from Sales and Service, all of whom were pleasant and whom I enjoyed meeting. It’s clear that this dealership has spent time carefully creating a positive and customer-centric environment. Thank you Listowel Honda for a fantastic car buying experience.
